The Sudbury Health Department has partnered with the MDPH Mobile Vaccine Unit to hold a COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic at the Goodnow Library, located at 21 Concord Rd., on Wednesday November 30th from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM. The clinic is open to the public.

• Pfizer vaccine will be available for those aged 5 and older who have not yet received the primary series.

• Pfizer bivalent boosters are available for those aged 5-11 and over the age of 12.

• Moderna vaccine is available for those 5 years of age and younger.

Vaccination remains a vital step in staying healthy this winter. If you have been unable to complete your vaccination series or are just becoming eligible for the booster, please take advantage of this chance to be fully vaccinated and register for an appointment.
