Please register below for contactless pickup of an ornament kit for the Town of Sudbury Ornament Display. Input your name, address, email, and phone number. Limited to Sudbury residents only, one ornament per household.

Ornament kits will be located at the main library entrance. You'll find them to the right of the main doors on a table. To ensure adequate social distancing, we have a limited number of registration spots within each time slot. Please park in the main parking lot, wear a mask, use the ramp and follow all directional signs.
