The landscape of college admissions testing is evolving rapidly, and many parents and students are understandably uncertain about what these changes, including the new digital test formats, will mean for them. From choosing between the SAT and ACT to understanding test-optional admissions policies, this class will identify and unpack the major issues relating to testing so that you can help develop a smart, effective, and informed plan for your student.
Attendees will gain an understanding of the differences between the SAT and ACT, the keys to building a testing timeline, the changing role of tests in college admissions, and the essential components of impactful preparation. Reduce stress by developing a strategic plan to minimize stress while achieving excellent results!
While this program serves as a follow-up session for those taking the practice SAT and ACT tests at Goodnow on January 31 and February 7, it is open to all high school students and parents.
