This Flu season, the Sudbury Health Department will be conducting several Flu Clinics for the community. Vaccine is available for ages 9 years of age and older. There is a limited amount of vaccine available for uninsured. If you are a senior and need assistance registering, please contact the Health Dept. at 978-440-5479 or Health@sudbury.ma.us

In order to expedite the process of vaccinating, we require that residents adhere to the following:

□ Bring Mass Driver’s License or Federal ID

□ Bring Insurance card(s) If you have a supplemental insurance card please bring that also

□ Stay at home and/or cancel your appointment if you are sick

□ Please wear a mask. Masks available on site if you forget

□ Wear short sleeves

□ Please arrive at scheduled time

□ Walk-ins are welcome based on vaccine availability
