Morning Meditation

Join us for a new Morning Meditation series every Saturday morning! We will be meeting in person on Saturday, June 4 at 10AM.

There are many benefits to meditation, including: relaxation, improve focus and concentration, release stress and anxiety, increase happiness, improve self-respect and integrity, and self-realization.

Morning Meditation sessions will be led by Viju Mewada and each session is 1 hour long. Each session will include a brief introduction, followed by a 30-minute guided meditation session. There will also be time for Q&A period afterward. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or something to sit on...or just come!

During each session, participants will be guided to:

- Sit comfortably

- Relax the body

- Close eyes

- Practice natural breathing

- Maintain meditative state

Viju Mewada was born in India and has lived in the US for almost 30 years. After attending art school, she worked in comic book illustration field in India. Viju has practiced meditation on a daily basis for 45 years.
