Each month a cookbook is selected and will be listed with the author's website for additional recipe ideas. Members will cook one recipe from the selected cookbook, or from another cookbook published by the same author, and will bring the food to Goodnow Library to enjoy as a club. All members will discuss what it was like cooking the recipes, what they learned, and bond over great food and company!

For the meeting on May 8th, we will be using Treasures of the Mexican Table by Pati Jinich. Each recipe in Treasures of the Mexican Table is a classic. Each one comes with a story told in Pati’s warm, relatable style. And each has been tested in Pati’s American kitchen to ensure it is the best of its kind. Together, these essential recipes paint a vivid picture of the richness of Mexico.
