The Free Brain Health Workshop is provided by Cogniciti, a for-profit subsidiary of Baycrest Health
Sciences (www.baycrest.org).  This is provided through our free Brain Health Assessment, which provides older adults who are 50+ a brain health report, as well as tips on how to stay brain healthy! Our Regional Engagement Specialists facilitate the workshop and provide support to the older adults taking our assessment. 

Each Brain Health Workshop can accommodate 15 older adults and lasts 1 hour. We will run 2 workshops back to back for a total of 2 hours.
