Today's world, both globally and in one's own personal life, can be quite stressful. Wellness expert Peg Doyle will guide participants to a deeper understanding of where one has control over stressful situations, and where one does not and therefore needs to develop coping strategies to fit the circumstances. Her guided meditation entitled Stress Management: Meditation and Affirmations is a tool Doyle uses to bring everyone, even those new to meditation, to a state of deep relaxation. Participants leave the program both with a clear grasp of the effects of unmanaged stress and a toolkit of techniques that support their unique needs and personalities.
